1. The B Connected Online Homepage requires a Username or Card Number and Password to Login. When I enter my Card Number and Password, I cannot log in.
If you have not created an account on B Connected Online, click the Start Here button above the Username or Card Number input box and follow the step by step instructions to set up your online access.

If you have already created an account on B Connected Online. There are two links to retrieve your Username and Password. You will be prompted for your B Connected Card number, Last Name and Date of Birth. When you click on the Retrieve button, B Connected Online will send you an email with either the Username or Password, depending on what your selection is.
2. I put in my information to register on your website, but I keep getting the error "The account information provided does not match the information we have on record."
The information required to create an account is the B Connected Card number that was issued to you at the B Connected Players Club, your last name and date of birth. If the information you entered is correct and you are still receiving the error, please use the Contact Us link.
3. When I enter in my information and click the Register button, I receive an error that says I need to enable Cookies.
The B Connected Online website requires you to have cookies enabled. If you need to enable cookies, please follow the steps here or contact your systems administrator.
4. I have a B Connected Card, but have misplaced the card. Can you email me my B Connected Card number?
You will need to visit one of the Boyd Gaming properties B Connected Players Club. The B Connected Players Club will re-issue you another B Connected Card. You will need to have proper ID with you at this time.
5. I do not have a B Connected Card, but I would like to register for your website.
You will need to visit one of the Boyd Gaming properties and register with the B Connected Players Club to receive your B Connected Card. Once you have your B Connected Card, you can register on www.bconnectedonline.com.
6. I have already activated my account, but I forgot my Username.
You can also use your card number as your Username. There is also a link below the login fields to retrieve your Username. B Connected Online will prompt you for your card number, last name and date of birth. After you click on the Retrieve Username button, B Connected Online will send your Username to your email address.
7. I have already activated my account, but I forgot my password.
There is a link below the login fields to retrieve your password. B Connected Online will prompt you for either your username or card number, last name and date of birth. After you click on the Retrieve Password button, B Connected Online will send you a new password to your email address. Once you have logged on with the temporary password, B Connected Online will prompt you to enter a new password.
8. I have activated my account, but the user name that I entered at the account creation is not what I want.
Please use the Contact Us link after you have logged in stating that you would like your user name changed.
9. How do I request a win/loss statement?
Log onto B Connected Online and download a blank win/loss form. Print it out, complete it and mail it to the address listed on the form.
10. What is shared when I connect my social media profile for Social Login?
When you sign in to BConnectedOnline.com using a social network account (for example, Facebook, Twitter, Google and Foursquare) or link a social network account to your BConnectedOnline.com account, you agree to share information from that social network account with Boyd Gaming for your BConnectedOnline.com account, such as your name, social network user ID, email address, self declared location, profile picture, gender, birthday, hometown and list of friends. All information you share with Boyd Gaming is governed by the Boyd Gaming privacy policy and terms of use, including the information you share through a social network account.
