Account Creation
Please download and log into the B Connected App with your B Connected Online account credentials. Select your Boyd Pay available property and create your account.
Your email address and phone number must be on file with B Connected. Please visit B Connected to ensure this information is on file.

The Boyd Pay Wallet is the main wallet that funds the Casino Wallet. To access funds at the slot machine, you will need to transfer funds to your Casino Wallet.
Please ensure you have logged in to the B Connected app with your B Connected Online credentials. Please also ensure you have selected the property in app that Boyd Pay is available at.
To complete account verification, you must also visit the Cage to complete the verification process. After this step, the Casino Wallet will be engaged for use. This must be done at each property you wish to utilize Casino Wallet.
Yes, there are daily, weekly and monthly limits to what you can load to your Boyd Pay Account:
  • Daily = $10,000
  • Weekly = $30,000
  • Monthly = $70,000
Additionally, you can customize personal limits from your Boyd Pay Wallet to your Casino Wallet.
  • To create limits, select Settings inside your Boyd Pay app and select Set Daily Limits Boyd Pay Wallet to Casino Wallet.
Every morning at 6:00am, all funds in the Casino Wallet are transferred back to the Boyd Pay Wallet. You can view this in your Transactions Log in the Boyd Pay App.

**Feature Unavailable in Las Vegas
The PIN is the same as your B Connected PIN.
Use On Casino Floor
First ensure you have transferred your desired funds to your Casino Wallet.
Once at the slot machine, select Available for Download, Transfer to Game, Cash and Download Amount.
You will select Account on nCompass unit on machine. Select Available for Download. Enter PIN. Select Transfer FROM Game. Transfer will then appear in the Casino Wallet.
If you have an active Boyd Pay account and you remove your player's card from the machine with cash still on the machine, all funds will automatically be transferred up to the Casino Wallet.
All balances are visible in your Boyd Pay app.
Fees
There is a 4.95% fee charged when you fund your Boyd Pay Wallet via your Bank Card, Bank Account or PayPal account.
To transfer from Boyd Pay Wallet to your Bank Account, there is a $2.00 transaction fee.
There are NO charges when you bring cash to the Cage to load to your account or when you transfer funds to and from Boyd Pay Wallet to Casino Wallet.
You will be charged an inactivity fee after you are inactive with your Boyd Pay Account for 12 months. If you have funds on your account, a $2.95 fee will hit the account monthly until the balance reaches $0 OR you become active again, which resets the inactivity clock. After 12 months of no activity, the account will automatically close. If the account is closed, you can contact support at support@playplusgo.com to reopen your account.
Upon account creation, you will receive an email providing access to your account online. This email is addressed from support@playplusgo.com. Please follow this link in this email to access your account and coordinate any transfers from your Boyd Pay account to your personal Bank Account.

Transfer to Casino Wallet
You can transfer funds to your Casino Wallet from your Boyd Pay Wallet by performing the steps given below:
  • Enter the amount to transfer. You can also enter the amount by selecting any of the pre-defined tiles.
  • Enter the PIN.
  • Confirm the Transfer.
  • The amount will be transferred to your Casino Wallet.
If the transaction fails, a notification message is displayed, and the deducted amount is credited back to the related Wallet. In case there is an issue with the transaction, you can connect with a Casino Operator from B Connected or the Cage for assistance.
The Transaction History page displays all the cash transactions performed at the Casino.
Yes, your money is safe in your Boyd Pay Wallet. However, there are a few Dos and Don'ts that you should always follow to ensure safety:
Dos:
  • Set a unique password for your mobile device.
  • Ensure to logout of the Boyd Pay application when not in use.
Don'ts:
  • Do not leave your mobile phone unattended when you are signed into the Boyd Pay app.
  • Do not share your PIN with anyone.
No, the slot machine only has visibility to the funds you moved to your Casino Wallet. There is no direct link to the Boyd Pay Wallet.
